Getting ready for leogang and spicak IXS european cup races

I am feeling pretty good finally after two weeks of illness and i am ready to leave finland tomorrow! First i am heading to Leogang, Austria, for first round of IXS euro cup. Next stop is Spicak which is second round of IXS euro cup.
Yesterday i prepared for these races with 140cc pitbike. I did the same thing last year and it seemed to work. I did two 10minutes stints with average/max heart rates of 184/196 and 186/196. Heart rates tells the story that i didn't slow down even when i got tired, that's important thing. It's also good training for hands as it creates huge armpump.
Zerode bikes sent me few nice looking decals to get my bike look like new, blue it is!
