December update

Okay, so i have now my new bike for the next season but snow fell and there is not much to do with it at the moment. After race season i ran few "navigation races" we have here in Finland every week called "iltarastit". We get a map and there is a lot of these checkpoints we have to pass in correct order, checkpoints are usually located deep in the forest. Good training! Also i spent one weekend in Tampere to learn about cycling training. Finnish cycling federation organised this course weekend and to be honest, i went there to learn from this guy called Kari Ormo who is seriously recognized trainer with colourful personality. Always fun to listen!
Then i have done some training with few road cyclists from AHH- ladies cycling team. Very good work outs, they are going just the right pace for me on this part of the year!
