Training tips

I have been ill for four days so i have had much time to google interesting stuff. As there was nordic skiing world cup in Finland, i ended up googleing stuff about their training methods etc.
This is some collection one Finnish guy made about pro skiers training, veeeery good stuff!!

It is mostly in finnish but there is few quotation in english. Pretty confusing that every pro is training so differently, still they are all on top of their sport. Maybe different training methods counts when it comes to strengths, some athletes are strong in uphills and some are better when it is important to last long on easy track. Still i think it is important not to have any weaknesses.
I mean, ofcourse you can't be strong in everything but you can't have weak points either if you wanna be successful. Work on those weaknesses!
