ENG: Now that season in Finland is officially over as snow is falling, i though it would be nice to write little bit about season 2012. As everyone can see from "highlights" section, past season have been the most succesful season this far. I managed to pull good run one after another. only races i wasn´t so happy with was two national cup races in Jyväskylä. On both of them i had serious flu and that might be the reason why my memories from those races are not good. Still, i think those runs were strong ones considering conditions, no major mistakes.
I am veeery hopeful about next season. I will get a bit lighter bike (Still Zerode ofcourse!) which can help me to be much faster, especially in Finland because acceleration is huge part of racing in Finland due short tracks (30sek-1min).
Now i am currently working on lower heart rate areas, up to 140bpm. Just before christmas i will start to practise a bit higher level heart rates, up to 160bpm.
Best results on season 2012:
-2nd in national series, Elite class.
-6th in IXS Swiss cup race Anzere
-9th In IXS Swiss cup race Morgins
-12th in IXS German cup race Winterberg
